Cookies and browser privacy
We want you to know what the website remembers and why. Optional visit measurement is separate from sign-in, cloud data, and paid plans.
What keeps the website working
Security and sign-in features use cookies depending on the parts of the app you visit. Language and appearance settings support features you choose. Rejecting analytics does not switch off these features.
Sign-in session (for example validarium_session), XSRF-TOKEN
- Purpose
- Keeping you signed in and protecting forms against requests from other sites.
- Retention
- For the session lifetime configured on the server; normal use can extend the session.
remember_web_*
- Purpose
- Longer sign-in when you use the remember-me feature.
- Retention
- For the sign-in validity period; signing out can end it.
Language in the session, darkMode in localStorage
- Purpose
- Your chosen language and light, dark, or system appearance.
- Retention
- Language for the session; local appearance preferences until changed or site data is cleared.
validarium_cookie_consent
- Purpose
- The version and saved choice for necessary, analytics, and marketing categories.
- Retention
- 180 days from saving a choice; changing it saves a new choice.
Optional visit measurement
When Google Analytics 4 is connected and you consent, it may store _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and measure public-page visits. We set a maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatic extension. We do not load the analytics script before consent. Your choice is not a condition of app access.
Optional analytics is not enabled in this environment. Analytics cookies are not introduced here.
Marketing tools
We currently use no advertising or remarketing cookies. The marketing category is therefore unavailable in settings. Connecting a new optional tool will require appropriate information and valid consent.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open Cookie settings in the footer and reject optional categories or change your selection. Withdrawal stops further measurement in this browser; it does not retrospectively delete data already sent with valid consent. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. Other browsers or devices have their own separate choices.
Other services and personal data
Google processes analytics data under its own terms and processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. Verifying the site through DNS in Google Search Console does not add a measurement script or analytics cookies. Paddle checkout is a separate service with its own privacy information.
